Wine-making
The Muscat variety is planted on the highest part of the estate, which encourages the grapes to turn to raisins on the vine. We make a first choice of grapes on the vine. These come into the winery, where a second, manual selection is made. We destem them and place them in a vat, carrying out prefermentation cold maceration in order to extract the greatest aromatic potential. Once the grapes have been pressed, we allow them to ferment at a very low temperature. We stop the alcoholic fermentation with cold and by filtering in order to retain the yeasts and create a naturally made sweet wine. The result is a wine that is low in alcohol, with 70 g/l residual sugars.

Tasting
Pale yellow colour with golden shades.
White fruit and ripe fruit predominate, with touches of citrus.
In the mouth it is pleasant, fresh, fruity and sweet, accompanied by an acid mouth, without stickiness.

Serving temperature:
Around 7ºC

Cuisine:
Ideal with starters with foie gras, soft cheeses and fruit-based sweets.

Consumption:
It is ideal for drinking in the first year. However, it can improve during the first two years.
