Our star red wine, perfect for savouring the autochthonous Manto Negro aroma combined with the international Shiraz variety. In bottles of 750cl and 1.5 l magnums.
Grape Varieties: 67% Mantonegro and 33% Syrah.
Production process: Harvested in small boxes of 10-12kg. The grapes are selected by hand and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks containing up to 4.600 litres.
Maceration: An average of 25 days.
Ageing: 18 months in new 225 litre French Oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
