Golós Negre 2017 Magnum- Miquel Gelabert
As the name suggests is a sweet wine, which comes from highly selected indigenous grapes. Fermented in oak barrels and aged for 12 months in French oak and after one year in bottle. It's a cool red, where the aromas of eucalyptus and menthol, a wine that surprises every palate predominate.

Alcohol: 13.5- 14% vol.
Fermentation: alcoholic in 225 l. Malolactic in barrel
Aging: 12 months in new French oak barrels. Subsequent aging in bottle
Tasting notes: wine high layer, red intense, clean and bright cherry, ripe fruit aromas combined with notes of eucalyptus and menthol, balsamic very marked with some licorice and hints of violets. The palate has a very friendly and unctuous input, balanced sugar, acidity and tannins; velvety, complex, long and pleasant finish.
Recommendations: blends well with game dishes in sweet and sour sauce, good cheese and all kinds of roasts.
Temperature: Serve between 18º-20ºC.
