Production: Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature for 3 weeks, and devatting Romanian aging in French and American oak.

TASTING NOTES

Visual analysis: cherry red color key.

Olfactory analysis: The nose is fresh, lively, with intense aromas of red fruit (strawberry and blueberry). The retronasal aromas show minerals, balsamic and a touch of vanilla daso po its time in oak.

Gustatory analysis: In the mouth it shows balanced, full-bodied, satiny and long. The tannins, soft and sweet, give it structure and complexity needed for the wine to improve over the coming months.

Pairing: Suitable to accompany spicy dishes, especially white meat, pasta and rice consistent.
