CASTELL SANTUERI BLANC - TERRA FALANIS
GRAPE VARIETIES
60% Premsal y 40% Callet.
This wine comes from the Premsal and Callet vines in the area of Felanitx where the red soil gives the wine all its character and maximum balance.
HARVEST
Made from hand harvested grapes picked into small 10KG crates.
WINEMAKING
Hand selection of the grapes when they arrive at the winery. A peculiar maceration for 10 hours followed by pressing and and a very careful clarification. The production is low and the selection is very meticulous so that it can be subject to medium ageing whilst maintaining all of its freshness.
AGEING
The fermentation is done at 16ºC. With 100% of the wine fermented & aged in cement tanks, where it stays on its lees for a period of 4 months.

Nez discret, floral, silex et citronelle
la bouche est légère, voir un peu creuse
la finale courte et sans relief; un vin sympa mais peu consistant (manque de gras et de punch)
