Son Fangos Negre Toni Gelabert
SON FANGOS NEGRE 2021 - TONI GELABERT
Medium-deep, light, garnet red with a cherry tinge. Clear and bright.
A good nose with a bouquet of fresh red berries (redcurrant and raspberry) and a lactic hint. Well-defined oak, slightly smoky with hints of moorland herbs (fennel and rosemary).
Warmly Mediterranean on the palate, going into firm, medium-silk tannin. Well-balanced and tasty, though its fullness will surely improve with age. Lingering, unmistakably warm aftertaste.
Ageing in barrel 12 months in French and American oak casks
Serving temperature: 16-18ºC
Grape varieties: Callet, Merlot
