Negre Anyada 2022 - Sebastià Pastor

Alcohol: 13% vol.

Preparation: wine made from them Mantonegro varieties and Syrah. The harvest took place during the second half of September from vineyards in Santa Maria del Cami registered to DO Binissalem-Mallorca. The fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts.

Visual phase: has a ruby red color with brown notes. Bright crystalline appearance.
Nose: Predominately spicy and with a background of red fruits (cherry, blackberry, blueberry ...) aromas.

Palate: a nice wine on the palate, full bodied. The presence of tannins give it a slight astringency long presence in the mouth.
