Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir.

Cropping system: espalier.

Location of the vineyard municipality of Manacor.

Denomination of Origin: D.O.P. Pla i Llevant, Mallorca.

Type of wine: Crianza pink.

Alcohol: 14% vol.

Fermentation in French oak barrels.

Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels 2nd year.

Tasting Note By: pale pink color, clean and bright. Floral aromas and fresh fruits, strawberry, raspberry, etc.. With a touch of very soft wood. The palate is fresh with a powerful acidity and a finish that reminds us back to the red fruits, long, balanced and persistent.

Recommendations: combines well with all kinds of appetizers, rice and white meat.

Temperature: Serve between 4 º - 6 º.
