Vista, Smell and Taste

Yellow with green shades, lens reflexes.


Intense fruit, peach, pear aroma, with floral sensations and vegetables, orange blossom, fennel. Entry into fresh mouth, the result of a balanced acidity. Soft and intense on the palate.


Vanilla taste sensations, thanks to yeast aging on lees gives this slight greasiness. Gustatory long persistence.
