TASTING NOTES

Visual analysis. Pale amber, lemon yellow hues and greenish highlights.
Olfactory analysis. The nose is fresh and pleasant aromatic power. Notable memories of white flowers such as jasmine and orange blossom on a background of ripe fruits (peach, apricot and apple).
Analysis taste in mouth manifests balanced, full-bodied, smooth and long. The retronasal route is persistent, and confirms the sensations perceived in the nose, floral highlighting the part that gives personality, freshness and complexity.
Pairing Suitable to accompany fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Combine with rice, pasta and soft with all kinds of salads.
