BINIFADET CHARDONNAY 2018

Varietal wine golden yellow with greenish reflections.
 
Presents primary aromas of the Chardonnay variety very marked: banana, pineapple, accompanied by notes of dried fruits like fig and apricot. Light touches of ripe tree fruit, like pear and peach jam.
 
The palate is broad, fresh and with a nice play between sour and sweet tastes. It has a flavor in mouth unusual leaving a long finish with great smoothness.
 
Marida with seafood, lobster boiler, rice and white meat.
