Harvest: Manual in boxes of 15 kg. Last week of August 2012.
Prepared pre-fermentation cold maceration (48 h-1o ° C). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (28 º C) and then aged in oak barrels (80% French) for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
Color: Cherry red high layer.
Aroma: Aromas of ripe and candied fruit (plums) with slight toasty notes.
Palate: Structured, fruity and persistent with soft tannins.
Gastronomy: Serve between 16 -18 C. Red meats, stews, cured cheese.
