In the 50s our family produced wine Mantonegro in Santa Maria del Cami . Today we retain those ancient vines and over time we have been adding varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon , Pinot Noir , Merlot or Viognier .

Es Verger is located in the Sierra de Tramuntana , 450 m above sea level, in the municipality of Esporles . We enjoyed a special microclimate in the area that influences positively on the nuances of our wines.

We have improved some things but we have not ceased to be a small family business that focuses on quality rather than quantity.
 
We were pioneers in producing 100 % organic and we believe that our artisanal philosophy is essential to achieve the best results.
 
We are very pleased with the acceptance that our wines have been , awarded in several competitions .

We developed four types of wines: Ses Marjades ( Mantonegro ) , Els Rojals ( Cabernet and Merlot) , Pinot Noir ( Reds ) and Ram Fita (sweet white variety Viognier ) . Our red wines are aged for 12 months in French oak.

On our farm we also produce extra virgin olive oil of high quality, with designation of origin " Oli de Mallorca " . Our oil won the award in 2010 Feinschmecker that places it among the 250 best oils in the world.
