Production of heading :
First Bottling: 17784 bottles of 0.75 l (NCO VTM : AI711912 to
AI729454 ) and 0,50 liter bottles 3885 (NCO VTM : AI729455 to
AI733340 ) .
Second Bottling: 17613 bottles of 0.75 l (NCO VTM : AK164122 to
AK181734 ) and 0.50 L bottles 1295 (NCO VTM : AK162065 to
AK163359 ) and 1.50 L bottles 762 Magnum ( NCO VTM : AK 163360 to
AK164121 ) .
Preparation:
Traditional fermentation at controlled temperature , breeding for 12
months in American oak barrels , French and Hungarian origin.

Tasting notes:
The blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties French
Manto Black Mallorcan wines da Mediterranean character , with
fruit aromas of red fruit (raspberry, plum) integrated with
vanilla and toast flavors ( almond ) and balsamic tones ( mentol.
fennel) . The mouth is large , tasty, with soft, well integrated tannins.
Drink :
Serve at 17-19 º C. Serve with all meat and meat products , such as
pates, and cured cheeses like Mahon cheese Heal.
