Winemaking

Are picked by hand selected grapes . The grapes for this wine come from an old with over 100 years of stone walls trimmed edge , vineyard . Temperature-controlled and very smooth dip tanks in stainless steel fermentation. Another 18 months aging in French oak barrels .

Ruby red , bright, vivid color. On the nose, dark berries and spicy pepper , slightly fragrant . On the palate, well structured, with notes of cherry and toasted aromas. Smooth and harmonious finish . An elegant , with a nice acidity and lots of wine typicality . It has not been screened . We recommend decanting .
