Aging Red wine mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with some Merlot and Callet. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels for one year and then another year in bottle. Wine very structured, elegant and complex.

Tasting notes: Intense, bright cherry red color, aromas of roasted coffee, toast and vanilla hardwoods, on a background of leather and animal skin, with soft hints of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is nice, meaty, tasty, persistent and well balanced.

Recommendations: blends well with red meats and cheeses.

Temperature: Serve between 18- 19 ° C
