The intense red ruby Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex red wine with aromas of red currants, black plums and green peppers. Likewise, this wine hides delicate toasted aromas such as vanilla and smooth, well-integrated tannins. The balance between tannins and acidity is also perceived on the palate and makes the wine long and pleasant on the palate.
This balance and depth are due to the structure of this grape variety, which develops during the 12 months of barrel maturation. It also allows the wine to age longer.
Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect accompaniment for undercooked veal and lamb, as well as tasty dishes of poultry, black leg ham and black olives.
