Payments of Mary is a collaborative project between Juan Luis Pérez de Eulate (La Vinoteca) and Bodegas Macia Batle. An interesting Balearic wine at an affordable price-something difficult in an island where square meters are highly valued, which also shows how you can make good wines with the local variety black cloak. A harmonious, fresh and complex set between a local variety and other classics.
Aging: Aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5%
