empyreumatic ( roasted ), also good fruit, like cherry.
Presence of lactic flavors ( toffee ) .

Soft entry on the palate , balanced step ( slightly acid) and
fleshy with soft tannins and a good finish.

Combined with hearty dishes , strong cheeses , red meats, game , ..

This wine , due to their characteristics and aging in oak,
improve significantly when stored under appropriate conditions,
developing new nuances , finesse and aromatic potential.
