TASTING NOTES
Visual analysis: average intensity reddish dye, predominance of cherry and ruby.
Olfactory analysis: The nose shows good aromatic intensity, which include memories of ripe red fruits, strawberry, blueberry. In the second phase, spicy, red licorice, vanilla, nuts appear.
Gustatory analysis: The palate is balanced, fresh, medium, smooth and long body. With a well-balanced tannins and a good sweet-acid balance. Via The aftertaste is persistent.
Pairing: Suitable to take between meals, as an aperitif or with desserts, better if they are not overly sweet. Chocolates, shaped pastry, nuts, ...
