PINOT NOIR 2019 - TONI GELABERT

Beautiful red cherry covered with ruby trim, middle layer. Clean and bright.

Nose extreme complexity and finesse, which include mineral notes (flint stone, damp earth), along with memories of fresh red berries (blackcurrant, raspberry, wild strawberry). Spicy and balsamic, with fine memories of smoke, litter and cedar. Very personal, envelope and marked intensity.

Attack fresh and frank mouth, which results in a silky, soft tannins and great finesse. Good balance, which highlights the elegance over power, as befits this variety. Suggestive, savory, long aftertaste, which together with a retronasal high volume, make a wine rich in nuances and did not go unnoticed by our senses.

AGING IN BARRELS: 12 months in French oak barrels

TEMP. SERVICE: Between 15º-17ºC

DINING: Ideal with game dishes of finely crafted pen.

GRAPE VARIETY: Pinot Noir.
