Nose: fruity aroma and fruit flavors like strawberry, blackberry and plum
Color: Pink pale, flawless finish
Palate: Soft and fruity wine is perceived. The freshness of a Mediterranean wine.
Carbonic maceration: - without stripping, without grinding - The carbonic maceration, it becomes possible with a whole cluster incorporated in the fermentation vessel. This requires the manual collection and smooth transportation and smooth repositioning. The process was described by Louis Pasteur as intracellular fermentation.
