Myotragus

Myotragus is a signature wine that is committed to giving prominence to the varieties of our land. The Mantonegro, Callet and Monastrell give wine its own identity that still has a world to discover. On the other hand, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon help us to harmonize and dress this priceless composition that we age for a year in the best oak barrels from France, America and Hungary.

The mixture of Mediterranean varieties in blend with the French results in a superb wine that combines solidity and lightness on the palate. Its fruit and country aromas are especially notable. They emphasize between them the fig and the fennel. The palate is broad and round, with medium-high tannins, ripe fruit is tasted and leaves a pleasant sensation of well-structured wine as a farewell.

We like wine and we strive to transmit it to you in every bottle of Myotragus that reaches your homes. Although marketing a small production is a great challenge today, we firmly believe in our project, we know that our effort is rewarded and we are proud to be able to present a quality product that meets the expectations of the most demanding palates. In order for this to happen, we carry out joint work with the Son Bordils winery, thanks to which we add knowledge, experience and dedication.
