The Majorcan wine cheaper
Young Red, made in 500L barrels. Monovarietal and Autochthonous 100% Mantonegro.
Pre-fermentation maceration for 1 week at a temperature below 4ºC. and subsequent alcoholic fermentation in new French Oak barrels of 500L capacity.
After the fermentation, the wine is left to rest for 6 months in the same barrel.
Bottle: 75cl.
