Grape varieties
100% merlot
Harvest and vinification
These exclusive grapes grow in the oldest field. Cold macerated to preserve the fruit. 15 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Delestage gives the wine more structure and color. Aged in 500 liters of French oak barrels.
The strictly limited 100% Merlot has a varied and elegant bouquet, strawberry, black cherry, hazelnut and milk. A pleasant tartaric acid is palpable on the palate, juicy, opulent and has a long and pleasant finish.
