VARIETY : Callet , Tempranillo and Syrah

GROWING : Ecological , with applications of some biodynamic techniques.

VINIFIACIÓ : This wine is the result of three red varieties . Each has macerated a certain time until desired color extraction . Subsequently , it has been bleeding the must is fermented in racking and stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 º C. Once the fermentation has been the proper assembly and finally clarified, filtered and bottled.

WINERY NOTES : This wine is intense strawberry color , with powerful aroma of blackberry brambles and raspberry , with hints of red fruits. It is fresh on the palate , it has aromas and flavors of wild fruits , also some creaminess and a long aftertaste. Be maintained in top condition during the first two years of bottling. Preferably should be drunk chilled , between 6 and 8 ° C , and it better be accompanied by snacks.
