Color: dark cherry red

Nose: a powerful bouquet of blueberries, cocoa, cherry, cedar wood, vanilla and leather

Flavor: in the mouth it shows its power and fullness. Dark fruit jam, cherry, blackberry, toasted wood and silky tannins line up in the mouth. It shows itself soft, fruit-intensive with a long finish.

Recommended food: roasted or grilled meat or venison dishes, or Mallorcan specialties such as Frito Mallorquin
