SIÓ BLANC 2022

The Sio White represents our commitment to seek complexity in a white wine. It is made from Prensal Blanc, a fresh and delicate aromas with Majorcan variety Viognier , a rare and recently discovered variety that provides structured and rounded wine that touch acid. The result is a fresh, tasty and rich in nuances wine.

60 % Prensal Blanc
40 % Viognier

Ageing: 40 % ( Viognier ) for 6 months.

Variety of Barrels: 100 % new French oak .

Preparation:
Manual harvest . Strict selection and soft pressing of the grapes at low pressure in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation . 70% of the total volume is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14 ° C for 40 days and the remaining 40 % is fermented and aged for 6 months in French oak .
