Fermentation: Stainless steel tank at controlled temperature.
Aging: 12 months in American oak barrels and French.
Tasting notes: Cherry red with ruby, clean and bright flashes. On the nose, high intensity aromas, with hints of red fruits on a background of quality wood, which brings aromas of vanilla and toasted, reminiscent of the leather, slightly balsamic.
At the entrance you notice dry mouth, tasty, broad; its path is balanced, round, with good acidity, has an aromatic end ylargo.
Recommendations: blends well with all kinds of grilled meats, stews not very spicy sausage of the island and is a good line for Mallorcan cuisine.
Temperature: Serve between 18ºC 16.-.
