Prepared. This wine is made with a manual selection of the best grapes from their
varieties. Was obtained with a technique known as bleeding, from the first
red must from the first press is fermented in stainless steel tanks. a
Part of the wine is fermented in new French oak barrels, on the lees for 4
months. Before offering it, it's been a barrel of 5 months in bottle.
Cata. The palate is creamy and elegant, with a feeling of freshness and flavor slightly
toasted wood.
Suggestions: Serve cool but not excessively. It is recommended for about 12-14 º C. It
Serve with duck meat, turkey, pork and sweet and sour dishes. Salads,
