Gran Padrina
Varieties: Mantonegro and Merlot
Elaboration:
The grapes are manually harvested and the clusters are de-stemmed, passing the berries to the fermentation tanks, controlling the temperature to about 27 28 degrees, once the fermentation is complete, we proceed to pressing and transfer the wine to a steel tank stainless, let stand until the malolactic fermentation is complete, proceed to two or three decantations and let stand in barrels for twelve months.
Tasting note:
Intense purple wine with fine ruby garnet in the middle. Balsamic, earthy aroma, ripe fruit, prunes, and sweet cherries. In the mouth full, tasty, round and ripe tannins, a lot of Majorcan heat in the glass, more black fruit and subtle toasted oak, a unique personality that radiates and finesse at the same time. Consumption temperature 14º - 18º
