Tasting note: Intense upper layer of raspberry-pink. Clean and bright. Very intense on the nose, reminiscent of red fruit preserve (strawberry, blueberry), on a vegetable base of fresh grass. Reminiscent of carnations. Warm and pleasant attack with a glutinous passage through the mouth and a very good acidity-alcohol balance, very elegant. Clean retronasal in which fruity hints predominate, reminiscent of ginger. Elegant, fresh and flavoursome finish with a very long aftertaste that invites you to take another sip.
To combine with: Rice dishes, spicy pastas and pork products in general. Meat and casseroles.

Type of Aging: Twelve months and twelve months in barrel bottle.

VINIFIACIÓ : This wine is the result of three red varieties . Each has macerated a certain time until desired color extraction . Subsequently , it has been bleeding the must is fermented in racking and stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 º C. Once the fermentation has been the proper assembly and finally clarified, filtered and bottled.

WINERY NOTES : This wine is intense strawberry color , with powerful aroma of blackberry brambles and raspberry , with hints of red fruits. It is fresh on the palate , it has aromas and flavors of wild fruits , also some creaminess and a long aftertaste. Be maintained in top condition during the first two years of bottling. Medium-deep strawberry in colour, clear and bright.

Vi de la Terra Mallorca

Wine made from the youngest vines on the estate, which are organically grown.

Wine-making
Harvesting is by hand and we keep the grapes in a cold store for 24 hours, at a controlled temperature of 5ºC. Once the grapes come into the winery in a perfect state of health we carry out cold maceration at a very low temperature to get the most from the grapes. We transfer the must and settle it. Once the must is clean, we ferment it in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of not more than 16ºC. After 3 months in a vat, we carry out light clarification, filtering and, finally, bottling.

Tasting
Light pink colour with violet highlights.
Good aromatic intensity with a predominance of ripe fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry, with notes of confectionery.
Fresh and pleasant in the mouth, passing through smoothly, with a fruity flavour and a medium intensity aftertaste.
