natural. Stabilization by cold.
Aging: 6 months in French and American oak.
Tasting Notes
Deep red cherry medium-high. Bright & clear. Abundant and colored tear. Intense aroma with notes of berries and currants and blueberries assembled with balsamic, spicy and soft touches of liquorice. Good attack, frank and meaty. The mineral notes accompanied fruit is tasted. Large and long aftertaste.
