After the first wine had been baptized with the name of an animal species living in the surrounding area, it was quickly decided to apply the same criteria to the naming of the other wines. TASTING NOTE
COLOUR
Clean cherry red with delicate orange tones.
NOSE
Fresh with aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberry and plum. Spicy background with notes of tobacco, coffee and leather.
PALATE
Good and intense notes of fruit and herbs with a fine, elegant finish dominated by ripe tannins.
