A young white wine with sweet, intense aromas reminiscent of ripe yellow fruits such as peaches and dried fruits.  Made exclusively with the Mallorcan variety Giró Ros.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest of Giró Ros from our own vineyard.  Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where strict quality control is carried out.  The grapes are then softly crushed and destemmed.  Cold maceration of the must with the skins for 4 days.  Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressure in a pneumatic press.  Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of approximately 16ºC, for about 30 days, to preserve the freshness and aromas of the varietal.  The Giró Ros brings ripe aromas of yellow fruit to the wine, as well as great volume on the palate.

TASTING NOTES

Colour:  Orange yellow colour.  Clean and bright.

Aroma:  Aromas of yellow fruit such as peaches, hints of nuts and citrus touches.

Taste:  Very intense on the palate, giving rise to a voluminous and lively mid palate.  It is a white wine with tannic touches, something quite unusual.  It has a very long finish in the mouth and a bitter point that makes it perfect to pair with food.

Pairing:  Blue fish, rice dishes and white meat.
