ELABORATION

TASTING NOTES
Pale salmon rosé wine, clean and bright. On the nose, the aromas of acid red berries stand out with a background of bitter almonds. The palate is friendly with slightly sweet but fresh sensations that invite you to repeat.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE
The proper storage temperature for this wine is 16-18 ºC and the consumption temperature is around 14ºC.

PAIRING NOTE
It is perfect to take alone as an aperitif, and it combines wonderfully with blue fish.
